With your help, Monroe’s Mighty Mission (MMM) and Mobile Meals of Spartanburg (MM) are partnering to bring pet food to those in need. We feel that hungry people generally have hungry pets too and by partnering with this well-known, wonderful organization, our pet food donations will be transported all over the county.

mobile-meals-logoBy helping these pets in need stay in their loving homes, we are helping keep pets with their families and out of shelters and opening up spaces in crowded shelters for truly homeless animals to have a chance to find a home.

How can you help?

You can help by providing pet food donations or contributing to our Monroe’s Meals Pet Food Pantry fund.

So if you’d like to donate food, here are a few requirements and notes for you to consider:

1. We will be accepting both cat and dog food, all brands (except Purina Beneful) and all size bags of dry pet food.

2. Bags must be new and unopened.

3. Food cannot be expired.

And so what do you do once you have the food?

You can drop off at our drop location, Jostens – Carolina Campus Supply during store hours are Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm and their address is 430 Southport Commerce Blvd, Spartanburg, SC 29306. I will continue to work to expand our drop off points and hours, but this is great start!

If you can’t make it to the donation center during those times, I have set up Monroe’s Wish List on Amazon and you are more than welcome to purchase food through them and have it shipped directly to the address above for Jostens – Carolina Campus Supply. The wish list can be found at:http://amzn.com/w/3GRHBFS64IV9I.

**Also, please email us (admin@monroesmightymission.org) at any point if you would like to participate in this way and neither of the two options above work for your situation. We will make it happen!

Email us at admin@monroesmightymission.org, or contact us on Facebook if you have questions.

With Monroe’s thankful heart,
Jennifer
